ANTOFAGASTA, Chile -- Lt. Col. Michael Finney, the 612th Air Operations Center deputy director of combat operations, pauses for a a photograph as he pushes a young Chilean girl on a swing at the Aldeas SOS orphanage Oct. 25. The home, located in Antofagasta, Chile hosted more than 40 Airmen from 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern), the 159th Fighter Wing, and members of the Chilean and Argentine Air Forces, for an afternoon of fun and festivities. Airmen gave candy and donated items to the home for orphaned and abandoned children as they took a break from exercise SALITRE to reach out to members of the local community.
