ANTOFAGASTA, Chile -- Col. Roy Qualls, the 159th Fighter Wing commander, plays ping-pong with a child at the Aldeas SOS orphanage Oct. 25. The colonel and his team accompanied members of the Chilean air force, Argentine air force and 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) to the home for orphaned and abandoned children during exercise SALITRE.
