Belize New Horizons
TRIAL FARM, Belize -- (From left) Brig. Gen. Lloyd Gillett, Belize Defense Force Commander; Leonard Hill, U.S. Embassy to Belize mission deputy chief; Honorable Servelo Baizar, Minister of State; a Trial Farms school official and student; and Col. Douglas Mouton, commander of the 225th Engineer Battalion and lead officer for New Horizons Belize 2007, all break ground on a new school building for 900 kindergarten through eighth graders in the village of Trial Farm Belize.
