Operation Southern Partner

Members of the Royal St. Lucia Police Force's Special Service Unit make their way through the jungle terrain June 5 in search of a location to practice swift-water rescue procedures that were being taught by U.S. Air Force pararescuemen during Operation Southern Partner at La Toc, St. Lucia. Operation Southern Partner is a long term commitment between U.S. and partner nations to share experiences, information, vital skills, tactics and techniques in preparation for future regional challenges that require cooperative solutions.
