Joint Task Force Bravo assists flooded regions of Panama and Costa Rica

CHANGUINOLA, PANAMA-- Tech. Sgt. Tracy Fletcher, a Joint Task Force-Bravo emergency medical technician, carries a 7-month-old baby, suffering from severe dehydration, from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter to an ambulance awaiting to transport the baby to a local hospital. Eighteen service members from JTF-Bravo are here in support of a request from the Panamanian government for assistance with recent flooding caused by prolonged heavy rains in the country.
