355th Fighter Wing change of command

U.S. Air Force Col. James P. Meger receives the 355th Fighter Wing guidon from Lt. Gen. Tod D. Wolters, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) commander, during a change of command ceremony at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Aug. 1, 2014. Meger replaced Col. Kevin. E. Blanchard and is now responsible for one of the largest installations and flying operations in the United States Air Force, with more than 7,000 Airmen, 3,200 civilians, and more than 100 aircraft.
