A U. S. Army UH-60 Blackhawk MEDEVAC helicopter takes off from the Joint Task Force- Bravo Medical Element's helicopter pad at Soto Cano Air Base to transport an automobile accident victim to the Hospital Militar in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, May 13, 2014, in response to a Honduran government request for a medical evacuation (MEDEVAC). A vehicle traveling west on Honduras Highway CA-5 about 13 miles outside of Comayagua was struck from behind by a tractor trailer truck.
