USSOUTHCOM Commander visits Honduras

U.S. Marine Corps Gen. John F. Kelly, Commander, U.S. Southern Command, and U.S. Ambassador to Honduras Lisa Kubiske, visit with a Honduran military member while touring Honduran marine base at La Ceiba, Honduras, Feb. 12, 2014. Kelly and a delegation of U.S. Department of State and U.S. and Honduran military leaders, including Kubiske, Honduran Maj. Gen. Fredy Diaz, Joint Chief of the Honduran Military, and Honduran Rear Admiral Hector Caballero, Honduran Navy Commander, spent the day visiting several Honduran military facilities. Throughout the day, the delegation received briefings and had the opportunity to discuss issues with Honduran military leadership. Transportation for the day was provided by UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters from Joint Task Force-Bravo's 1-228th Aviation Regiment. (U.S. Air Force photos by Capt. Zach Anderson)
