Husband-Wife, Medics Save Hundreds of Lives in Afghanistan

Tyler Szymanski, a 366th Surgical Operations Squadron medical technician, deployed with a Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha in Kanduz Province, Afghanistan, practices firing one of his many service weapons at a forward operating base in northern Afghanistan.
