Hill Airmen generate 3,000th F-35A sortie, adopt upgraded ALIS

An F-35 Lightning II aircraft assigned to Hill Air Force Base takes off from the base, May 22. The F-35 is among the first to fly sorties at the base with a new version of ALIS (Autonomic Logistics Information System), the information technology infrastructure which performs behind-the-scenes monitoring, maintenance and prognostics to support the aircraft and ensure continued health and enhance operational planning and execution.
