FOL Manta change of command

Lt. Col. Robert Leonard formally relinquishes command of the 478th Expeditionary Operations Squadron, Forward Location Manta, Ecuador, to Colonel Douglas Galipeau, 474th Air Expeditionary Group commander, during a change of command ceremony here August 20. Central America Air Chiefs Conference

United States Air Force Lt. Gen. Norman Seip, the 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) commander, and Maj. Gen. Henry Morrow, the 1st Air Force (Air Forces North) commander, hosted a Central American Air Chiefs Conference in Miami, Florida July 25 for six air chiefs from Belize, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua and Panama.
