“I think that the system when put in place will have some issues that will need to be worked out especially in the manning area but as with anything I think over time that it will be perfect. I think this is defiantly a step in the right direction for the though.” - Staff Sgt. Samantha Torigian, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge Of Plans and Programs

“I like the idea of this new system, I also really like that our senior leaders are making every effort to simplify our current complex deploying system. The idea of deploying with individuals that I already know is great and I can’t wait until it takes effect.” - Tech Sgt. Wilsen Villareal, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) Client Systems Technician

“I’ve had the opportunity to deploy both as an individual and with a unit and I think the idea of deploying as a unit is amazing. The professional relationships that you’ve established, the continuity and the job knowledge just transfer over into the area of responsibility. You’re also able to develop great credibility and bring that back to your home station.” - Capt. Stacie Voorhees, 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) Deputy Chief Commanders Action Group
