  • Practice makes perfect for 51st Combat Communications Squadron

    Airmen from the 51st Combat Communications Squadron are proving that training is the key to success during a deployment to the Dominican Republic for NEW HORIZONS 2017. When it comes to communication there is no room for mistakes or delays and thanks to the constant preparation by the Airmen of the 51st CBCS they have been able to keep communication capabilities strong for U.S. service members participating in NH17.

    Airmen from around the U.S. came to Chile to participate in the FIDAE Air Show 2016, from March 29– April 3, 2016. During their stay, they made time to connect one-on-one with members of the community.
  • Chileans glean valuable knowledge from AFSOUTH Airmen

    During the 2016 FIDAE Air and Space Trade Show, several Airmen from 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern), Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz., participated in a subject matter expert exchange with the Chilean air force on the use of the Transport Isolation System, a medical transportation system capable of moving highly contagious individuals around the world safely.

    Two medical technicians from Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina, joined members from 12th Air Force (Air Forces Southern) and the New Hampshire Air National Guard on a one-week medical subject matter expert exchange to El Salvador from March 7-11.
