Dyess Airmen support Operation New Horizons

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Rhett Buttleman (left), 7th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS), assists the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron pouring concrete in support of Operation New Horizons in Belize. Along with U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Donald King, 7th LRS, the two Dyess Airmen joined more than 90 RED HORSE Airmen to support numerous community projects in the area. From March – May 2013, Buttleman and King took part in constructing schools, renovating outdated playground equipment and built new basketball courts. In total, the team built four schools, each accommodating up to 500 students. (Courtesy photo)
