Brick by brick, Airmen build partnerships through education in Belize
Airman 1st Class Rhett Bettleman, fuels system operator for the 7th Logistics Readiness Squadron; Senior Airman Kendall Drake, heavy equipment operator for the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron; and Tech. Sgt. Robert Spence, water, fuels system maintenance supervisor for the 823rd RED HORSE Squadron, dig a footer Mar. 18, 2013, in Crooked Tree, Belize, for the edge of the foundation at the construction site of the future Crooked Tree Government Primary School. Civil Engineers from both the U.S. and Belize will construct various structures at schools throughout Belize as part of an exercise called New Horizons.
