U.S. Ambassador to Chile visits EMEDS site

The U.S. Ambassador to Chile, Paul Simons, gives a certificate to the Mayor of Angol, Enrique Neira, during a donation ceremony of the expeditionary hospital March 24, 2010, in Angol, Chile. Prior to the building of this hospital, medical professionals in Angol used a 16-bed clinic to treat patients in the community.
