Peru earthquake relief

PISCO, Peru -- Army Private 1st Class David Torres, Joint Task Force-Bravo Joint Security Forces member, gets information on the town of Pisco from Maricarmen Perez, a local paramedic during the Task Force’s medical humanitarian mission.
