JTF-Bravo plays vital role in Navy humanitarian mission
Navy Chaplain (Lt.) Dennis Wheeler, right, from the USS Pearl Harbor hands Army Sgt. First Class Julio Ascencio, a crew chief with the 1st Battalion 228th Aviation Regiment at Soto Cano Air Base, Honduras a box of humanitarian supplies to load into a UH-60 Black Hawk. The supplies were transported to villiages in southern Honduras as part of Project Handclasp, a partnership between the Navy and corporations, public service organizations, non-government organizations and individuals throughout the United States to provide humanitarian assistance overseas.
