FOL Manta closure

FORWARD OPERATING LOCATION MANTA, Ecuador -- Lt. Col. Jared Curtis, 478th Expeditionary Operations Squadron commander, stands with local citizens in front of an ambulance donated to an organization near FOL Manta Sept. 16.
