JTF-Bravo change of command

Army Col. Marcus DeOliveira assumes command of Joint Task Force-Bravo by accepting the JTF-Bravo colors from Navy Adm. James Stavridis, United States Southern Command commander, during the JTF-Bravo change of command ceremony June 27 at the Soto Cano Air Base Fire Department. Colonel DeOlivera took over command from Col. Christopher Hughes, who served as commander for the past year.
