BDF Aircraft Recovery
BELIZE CITY, BELIZE -- U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Mike Parks, 1st Battalion, 228th Aviation Regiment quality control noncommissioned officer in charge, and a soldier from the Belize Defence Force cargo strap the rudder of a downed BDF Defender aircraft. The downed BDF Defender aircraft was successfully slingloaded onto a U.S. Army UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter and delivered to the BDF air station at Belize City International Airport May 3.
