SOTO CANO AIR BASE, Honduras – Army Capt. (Dr.) Hamilton Le, a surgeon with the Medical Element here, explains the initial assessment of a simulated stabbing victim during a major accident response exercise. Thirty eight students attended the class, which provided training, focusing mainly on first aid techniques, and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) readiness training, including how to don the chemical protection suit.
