FOL Manta personnel unload a refrigerator and other materials at a Colón, Ecuador, daycare March 13. The delivery of $6,000-worth of materials was made possible through U.S. Southern Command's Humanitarian Assistance Program. HAP partners with local organizations to help strengthen and prosper the region, and aid is typically in the form of infrastructure and education improvements, donations, or disaster preparedness and relief efforts.
