Staff Sergeant Michael A. Steck, crewchief for the KC-135E Stratotanker, moves a fire extinguisher so the aircraft can taxi at Forward Operating Location Manta, Ecuador. Staff Sgt. Steck is deployed with the New Jersey Air National Guard 150th Air Refueling Squadron. This is the last deployment for the 150th ARS; it was deactivated on 31 March, the same day the squadron deployed.
