Lt. Col. Robert Leonard, 478th Expeditionary Operations Squadron commander, the operational squadron at FOL Manta walks Adm. Allen through the Manta Ray Dining Facility and billeting during his visit this afternoon. Adm. Allen, the Commandant of the US Coast Guard visited the FOL to see the counterdrug operations and their facilities.
