Operation Southern Partner
A Chilean boy tries a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for the first time in his life on Oct. 29. Airmen, a Soldier and U.S. civilian volunteers visited the ALDEAS SOS orphanage in Santiago, Chile for a cultural exchange of food and camaraderie as part of Operation Southern Partner -- a Twelfth Air Force (Air Forces Southern) led event aimed at providing intensive, periodic subject-matter exchanges in the U.S. Southern Command area of focus.
