New Horizons Peru 2008

U.S. Navy Seabees, construction mechanics deployed from Gulfport, Miss., “blow the hole” during the creation of a well in Huanta, Peru, June 6, in support of New Horizons Peru 2008, a humanitarian event that benefits underprivileged Peruvians.
