USFOL paint school building in Curacao

Volunteers from the U.S. Forward Operating Location (USFOL) continue to serve various community projects on Curacao. Twenty-two volunteers spent several hours in the afternoon of June 20 putting fresh coats of paint on the school building located in Otrabanda. This project was done in partnership with the Goslinga school administration and teachers. Equipped with paint, rollers, and brushes, the volunteers painted the interior and exterior of school in preparation for the 280 students that would return for the next school year. The men and women working at the USFOL are frequent volunteers in the local community and this was another outstanding effort in building friendship with the citizens and expressing appreciation for the wonderful hospitality received from the citizens of Curacao.
