USFOL volunteers at Siloam Village Orphanage and Hospice
Twenty volunteers from the U.S. Forward Operating Location in Curacao went to the Siloam Village Orphanage and Hospice, June 5, 2014. USFOL volunteers spent two hours caring for the children, demonstrating and reinforcing the USFOL’s compassionate image and leaving a lasting, positive imprint on the community. The USFOL also donated funds to support the purchase of clothes, shoes and hygiene items. Personnel from the USFOL often donate time and resources to various programs on the island in appreciation for the hospitality extended to them by the citizens of Curacao.
