Royal Saudi Air Force Commander visits D-M during Exercise ANGEL THUNDER
Lt. Gen. Fayyadh Al-Ruwaili, Commander of the Royal Saudi Air Force, and Col. Steven Gregg, 347th Rescue Group Commander, receive a brief explanation of the scenarios that will take place during a mass casualty exercise after arriving to Flagstaff, Ariz., May 9, 2014. Al-Ruwaili visited Davis-Monthan AFB by invitation of the Chief of Staff of the Air Force during a counterpart visit.
