Belizean health workers, administrators assist in New Horizons
Residents from near the village of Dolores wait in line to check in for medical care April 28, 2014, in Dolores, a remote village in southern Belize. Residents received medical care through Belizean health care workers, as well as Canadian and U.S. military care providers during a medical readiness training exercise, or MEDRETE. The MEDRETEs offer medical health professionals from all three countries the opportunity to train and interact with one another while providing free health care to Belizean residents.
