Training Exercise at U.S. Forward Operation Location Curacao

Members of the U.S. Forward Operation Location Curacao, Korps Police Curacao and the Vrijwilligers Korps Curacao, participated in a Joint Confrontation Management Riot Exercise at the U.S. Forward Operation Location Curacao, Sept. 27, 2015. This exercise brought three law enforcement agencies together in an effort to forge strong partnerships in protecting assets at the FOL and within the community. The training exercise was approximately three hours long and resulted in successful joint riot exercise training for all parties involved. This was the first exercise where all three agencies collaborated and worked together as a team to achieve all the training objectives. All the agencies considered the exercise to be successful in preparing themselves for any type of future riot control measures that may occur. (Courtesy photo/Released)
