U.S FOL Volunteers Donate Christmas Gifts to Community Charity Organizations
During the holiday season, over 60 volunteers from the U.S. Forward Operating Location (U.S. FOL) collected more than $12,000 worth of toy donations for their annual Operation Curacao Christmas program. The U.S. FOL delivered toys, clothing and school supplies to various community charity organizations, such as Siloam Village Orphanage & Hospice, Encila Half Way House, and FUIK Afterschool Center, helping less fortunate children experience the joy of Christmas. Since 2000, the U.S. FOL has built strong partnerships with local community-based organizations to express their appreciation for the hospitality they have received from the citizens of Curaçao.
