USFOL Airmen support children's home in Curacao
Ten members from U.S. Forward Operating Location (USFOL) Curacao supported a community outreach event at the Siloam Christian Children’s Convalescent Home on June 1, 2016. The USFOL members helped the Siloam Director and Staff with landscaping, yardwork, and beautification projects on the property, which saved the children’s home the cost of 40 hours of hired labor. Additionally, the members spent some time playing football and interacting with the children. Since 2000, the USFOL has built strong partnerships with local community-based organizations to express their appreciation for the hospitality they have received from the citizens of Curacao.
