Healing bodies, winning hearts and minds

Members of the Joint Task Force-Bravo Joint Security Forces and Honduran military provide crowd control during a medical readiness training exercise, or MEDRETE, in the village of Bacadilla, Olancho district, Honduras, Sept. 23, 2016. The JSF and Honduran security personnel handled security issues throughout the two-day MEDRETE, and ensured the safety of the patients and the entire MEDEL team.
