Airmen of Twelfth Air Force (Air Forces Southern) aircraft of the assigned Wings take a group photo at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Sept. 2003. The U.S. Air Force inactivated Tactical Air Command and activated Air Combat Command June 1, 1992.
