571st MSAS builds partnership capacity in the Dominican Republic
Air advisors from the 571st Air Mobility Advisory Squadron oversee students from the Dominican Republic Air Force as they practice weight and balance positions on a helicopter at the San Isidro Air Base, Dominican Republic, May 3.
