Air Advisors conduct first-ever BPC mission in Costa Rica

Andres Tovar, 824th Base Defense Squadron security forces, assesses and advises the Costa Rican air vigilance service on fundamentals of counter narcotic detection training, during a three-week building partnership capacity mission with the SVA, May 16 through June 9, 2018.
