Chilean, US Air Forces share helicopter expertise

Charles Redmond, 55th Rescue Squadron commander, speaks with Chilean Air Force MH-60 pilots about crew resource management and safety lessons during an H-60 Subject Matter Exchange at Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Ariz., Aug. 8, 2019. During this SMEE, the Chilean Airman shared information with U.S. Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk pilots, maintenance and support technicians on a variety of subjects to include: Night Vison Goggles, training, air-to-air refueling and safety standards.
