Exercise New Horizons Honduras 2015 leadership and Department of Colón leadership met in Trujillo, Honduras, May 30, 2015. Elliott, a Grove City, Penn., native, held the meeting in order to give local leadership the opportunity to meet and answer questions of various New Horizons personnel prior to the official start of the exercise.
